We are generally an appointment shop. However we make every attempt to accommodate emergencies. We do encourage our customers to plan ahead, as we get extremely busy in the summer due to A/C, repairs, overheating, and customers preparing for vacation travel.

Please keep this in mind when planning service. We can schedule small repairs while you wait, generally between 8:00 am and 10:00 am. We can drop you off and pick you up from the Grosvenor Metro Station (last pickup at 5:30 pm). Cancellations are always ok as we are running near capacity year round.
